To ensure the effective allocation of international tourism marketing resources, increase interest in visiting Taiwan among travelers from key source markets, and support targeted marketing based on accurate market analysis, the Tourism Administration is conducting this procurement. Through data collection, stakeholder interviews, questionnaire surveys, and other research methods, the project will develop predictive models for inbound visitor markets, with the aim of attracting international visitors to Taiwan more effectively and precisely.The project is expected to cover five source markets each year, for a total of 15 markets over three years. The first year will tentatively focus on five major source markets: Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong and Macau, Malaysia, and the United States. These markets may be adjusted in response to changing circumstances. The first-year budget is NT$25 million, with the option of two subsequent extensions.For the extended periods, in addition to updating data from previous market studies through secondary or external sources, the second year is tentatively expected to focus on the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Canada, and Australia, while the third year is tentatively expected to focus on Vietnam, Indonesia, Germany, the United Kingdom, and France. The budget for each annual extension is NT$25 million. The scope of services to be provided by the commissioned contractor is detailed in the requirements specification.
