Fill out the required items, stamp them with the company's official seals (company seal and responsible person's seal), and ensure they are delivered to the University by mail or in person before the submission deadline. Late submissions will be deemed invalid quotes.In accordance with Article 8 of the Personal Data Protection Act, the University hereby notifies you of the following regarding the collection of your personal data: For the purpose of tendering operations, the University must collect personal data, including the name, telephone number, address, ID number, photocopy of both sides of the ID card, and email address of the responsible person and contacts (business, finance) of the bidding company or natural person (Personal Data Categories: C001 Individuals able to be identified, C003 Identifiers in government data). This data will be used to make necessary contacts within the period and territory of this tender project. If any fields are left blank during the collection of your personal data, it may affect the communication regarding tendering operations.
