1.To further streamline the review procedures for overseas Chinese, foreign, and Mainland China investments, and to stimulate domestic economic momentum, an online application priority review mechanism has been introduced to shorten processing time. Accordingly, online application services will continue to be optimized.2.Building on the outcomes of the 2025 system enhancement project, the scope of online services will be expanded by refining application forms for overseas Chinese investment in Taiwan, as well as outbound investments to foreign countries/Hong Kong/Macao and Mainland China. In addition, a new online application function will be introduced for enterprises and legal entities to apply for internships for foreign students, thereby enhancing service efficiency and advancing the government’s digital transformation.3.The bidding documents must be received at the following location by 5:00 PM on the bid closing date indicated in the announcement, either by mail or in person: External mailroom of the Ministry of Economic Affairs (No. 15, Fuzhou Street, Zhongzheng District, Taipei City), located next to the guard room at the main entrance.
