1.This amendment notice supplements the tender documents by providing the “Xingda Harbor Coast Guard Base Pier Structural Safety Inspection and Bathymetric Survey – Pier Safety Inspection Report” for reference.2.Article 76 of the Instructions to Tenderers is hereby amended. With respect to the circumstances set forth in Subparagraphs 1 and 2 of the preceding paragraph, where there is no conflict of interest or concern of unfair competition, and upon approval by the Procuring Entity, such restrictions may be deemed inapplicable to subsequent procurement procedures
