1. If the bid opening day cannot be opened as scheduled due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters, the bid opening will be postponed to the same time on the next business day. If the postponed day falls on a Saturday or a national holiday or the office is closed for some reason, the bid opening will be postponed to the day when business resumes.2. Continuing with the above, the deadline for bidding shall be extended as specified in the previous provision.3. The manufacturer is requested to send personnel to the designated bid opening place during the bid opening time specified in the bidding documents to prepare explanations, price reductions, price comparisons, and Negotiation, changes to the contents of the original submission or re-quotation, and failure to send personnel to the site to handle the matter within the notice period will be deemed to have been abandoned.
